Standard Shipping (2-3 Days): If you're looking to save on shipping costs and can wait a bit longer to receive your jewelry, our standard shipping option is perfect for you. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days after it's shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates for your orders are determined by the carrier we use for delivery.

Cancel an Order

Changed your mind about your order? No problem! You can cancel your order within 24 hours before we send out our shipping confirmation email. Just email us at support@gbaje.com

Kindly  provide your name, address, and order number for a seamless process.

 Tracking Your Order

Once your package is dispatched, we'll provide you with tracking information via email on the shipping day.

While we do our best, please note that any delays  caused by delivery carriers are beyond our control.

If you encounter any issues, we'll  help you track your package and initiate an investigation if your item is lost.
